As previously stated, I will continue to add other areas to this feature.  As of today, I am adding “The Most Expensive Listings in Calabasas, CA.”

The plan is to post a new list every month.  This list will contain the 5 most expensive listing with a link to the details (just click on the picture of the property).  I need to make it clear that these are not necessarily my listings.  On the links, the listing agent will be referenced.

As of June 19, 2011, the above 5 listings are the Most Expensive Listings in Calabasas, CA.  These listings are available and active as of the day of this post.

    25010 Thousand Peaks Calabasas. CA 91302
    Has Current Order to restrain the sale/rental- actual owner of French trust did not authorize the listing or the French Trust- to list owners’ properties takes a French Court order and two French Trustee letters. Please go to realtor of origin and ask to see the file. It won’t be there to list the property. Also please go to LA County Recorder officer ask to look at the property file there will be a French “Contact Order” that will back up the statements above:

    CAL. PEN. CODE § 166 : California Code – Section 166
    (4)Willful disobedience of the terms as written of any process or court order or out-of-state court order, lawfully issued by any court, including orders pending trial.

    Did you ignore a valid court order to restrain the sale/rental of a property- Orders stay with property address not realtor?

    Are you as an affiliated realtor showing property without the seller’s disclosure? Guess you as an affiliated realtor could be liable for the homes defects due to your lack of due diligence in the matter.

    Is your website misrepresenting the true owner wants to sell the home or that the true owner gave permission to list the home for sale or the new possible buyer would ever legally own the home?

    CAL. CIV. §1770. (a) The following unfair methods of competition and unfair or
    deceptive acts or practices undertaken by any person in a
    transaction intended to result or which results in the sale or lease
    of goods or services to any consumer are unlawful:
    (1) Passing off goods or services as those of another.
    (2) Misrepresenting the source, sponsorship, approval, or
    certification of goods or services.

    So why risk the fines and lawsuits to continue to show basically stolen real property? Your little fee from these fraudulent realtors won’t cover one legal retainer bill or save your personal assets and self from a law suit!

    If you have questions then please as a realtor do your due diligence – inspect the Los Angeles County property File – in the county property file you will find a “Contact Order” filed- legal French Court Order gives instructions how to reach the French Trust (provisions of sale- expressly lists French Judgment Court Order to list and Two French Trustee approval letters per address approved to sale- No US Trustees allowed after 1978!)drop the French Trust a letter, fax or telephone per instructions on the “ Contact Order” in the County property file- The French Trust will issue you a copy of the current court orders on the property (restrain from sale/ rental) – (French Court Order #2 Not liable for actions of unauthorized tenants.)
